1. Introduction

Welcome to Premier Waste Services (UK) Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and provision of our waste collection services, including bin and bag supply, collection, and related waste management solutions. By engaging our services, you (“the customer”, “you”, “your”) agree to these Terms in full.

2. Services Provided

We provide a range of waste management services, including but not limited to:

• Bin and bag waste collection services

• Skip hire

• Roll-on/roll-off container provision

• Euro bin services

• Hazardous waste handling and disposal

• Waste segregation, recycling, and reporting services

All services are subject to availability and specific contractual agreement.

3. Orders and Service Agreement

3.1 All orders for services must be made in writing, via phone, or email, and are subject to acceptance by us.

3.2 The commencement date, frequency, and nature of collections will be agreed with you in advance and confirmed in writing.

3.3 Any alterations to service requirements must be communicated to us with reasonable notice (minimum 48 hours) and are subject to our approval.

4. Customer Responsibilities

4.1 You are responsible for ensuring that waste materials are suitable for the type of collection requested and comply with applicable environmental laws and regulations.

4.2 Prohibited items include (but are not limited to):

• Hazardous waste not declared in advance

• Liquid waste

• Asbestos (unless prior agreement in place)

• Pressurised containers

• Clinical or biological waste (unless prior agreement in place)

4.3 Overfilled or overweight containers may result in additional charges or refusal of collection.

4.4 You agree to provide safe and unrestricted access to collection points during agreed service times.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5.3 We reserve the right to apply late payment interest and charges in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5.4 Pricing is subject to review and may be adjusted to reflect changes in operational costs, government levies, or disposal rates with appropriate notice to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss (including loss of profit or business opportunity) arising from service provision.

6.2 Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total price paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6.3 We shall not be responsible for any failure to perform services due to causes beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to weather events, strikes, equipment failure, or third-party actions.

7. Termination

7.1 Either party may terminate services by giving a minimum of 30 days’ written notice unless otherwise specified in an agreed contract.

7.2 We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in the event of:

• Breach of these Terms by you

• Non-payment of invoices

• Illegal or dangerous waste disposal by you

8. Environmental Responsibility

We are committed to responsible waste management, recycling, and environmental stewardship. By using our services, you agree to cooperate in segregation and recycling practices as reasonably requested to promote sustainability and environmental best practices.

9. Data Protection

All customer data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
