I utilise premier bins & bags service regularly and I’ve never been disappointed. Fab service each and every time! Communication for me is huge and even maybe when not actually necessary (as not provided a time slot just a date) they communicate throughout the full service. Bin is thoroughly emptied and always returned where left 🙂

I called this morning to see if there was any chance I could have a collection today. I called a few times as I have poor site and they were so patient with me showing me how to book it myself which is my preference. They have just been and were quick clean and excellent. Would recommend to anyone SMBC has a lot to learn from you.

Booked today to get my green bin empty. Since normal council bin men refused to the the green bin cos it was to havey to unload. Bins and bags service is excellent was updated. I will be using again.
