Got in touch with Regal bin and bags after the council left out green bin as they were too lazy to take it as it was heavy. Contacted Bins and bags and they came round on the day requested and emptied the green bin as requested and even put it back in the driveway. Excellent service and good communication. Would highly recommend using this company

Very happy with the service they provide they text you to let you know when they ar eon their way and also was they are done bins where fully emptied and black bags where took will definitely use them again if needed

Ordered a bin empty due to new council rules around bin emptying. My council bin doesn’t have a lid which means they will no longer empty it bins and bags came the next day and emptied the bin and removed 10 bags I added on all before 6.30am

Been using Premier Waste since last September and the service has been excellent throughout. They turn up on the day you select, every time. They do exactly what you’ve instructed, and they leave the bins in really good order afterwards. Not one issue in that time, which for a waste collection service is saying something.

My only grumble is price. I started at £8 plus VAT per wheelie bin. My latest charge is £14.99 plus VAT. That’s an 87% increase in under a year.

I’ve got no issue with a firm going in cheap to win share and then pushing the price up. That’s their call and it’s how it works. But 87% in ten months is a big jump for the same service.

The other thing that sits oddly with me is the out of area surcharge. I found them via a leaflet drop to my street. If I’m out of area, why leaflet my area?

So, service is a genuine 10 out of 10 and I’d still recommend them without hesitation. On price though, it’s now getting to the point where trips to the skip myself probably make more sense.

This was a life saver when we a missed bin collection especially black. Premier bins was easy to book and would say affordable. There was a little bit of mix up during collection but customervservice was prompt to response. Thanks once again.

Annoyingly my black bin wasn’t emptied on Friday by the bin man which was really stressful as it’s my most used bin. I booked online for collection today and the bin has been emptied. Very reasonably priced and will definitely use again, life savers thank you!

Super reliable used a few times and will continue to do so

Booked Wednesday night for Friday. Received stent at about 8.20am saying they were on their way, arrived about 35 minutes later. The bloke mad sure the very full green bin was emptied of garden waste – not the rushed job the council do leaving it half full.

Much cheaper and a better service, in my opinion, than the £45 green bin charge as I imagine I’ll only need to do this a handful of times over summer.

Will definitely use again!
